Heather Field

Heather Field, has been involved in nearly every facet of the sport for close to three decades, most recently as a horse scout.

This background, combined with a keen sense of the US market, and boots-on-the-ground in Europe where the best show jumpers are acknowledged to originate, give her the means to source horses with unrecognized scope and value.

Her ability to identify horses with potential and design training programs that give multiple exit strategies, along with her extensive network across both continents is the engine room for this business.

Richard Howell-Peak

His previous venture was a fin-tech start-up; a technology based micro-hedge fund.  Richard helped grow the fund to nearly $5m in assets under management, helped with risk-management and developing and implementing the trading strategy, as well as fulfilling the role of CTO.

As CTO he designing and implemented the technology that powered the investment strategy but also provided a portal for the investors to view their portfolio performance.

Richard sold his shares in that company to start Equivest, and is leveraging his previous knowledge and experience in financial regulation compliance to help raise funds in Equivest.

Shilpa Howell-Peak

Shilpa has extensive background in human rights work over the last 2 decades.  She has experience recruiting and motivating large teams of volunteers in areas like home-education, suicide prevention and human rights abuses.

Apart from her expertise in recruitment and management, she has accumulated a large global network during this time that is an asset for the business to draw upon.
